Single Girder Bridge Overhead Cranes are widely used in workshops,

Crane Composition
The single girder bridge overhead crane is composed of a main
girder, two end girders, a cart running mechanism, a wire rope
electric hoist, and an electrical control system; the main frame of
the bridge frame is composed of a main girder, two end girders, and
a cart running mechanism connected by high-strength bolts The
trolley running mechanism consists of two motors, two reducers, and
four driving wheels (two active and two driven) installed on both
sides of the end beam; the wire rope electric hoist consists of a
trolley running mechanism, a lifting mechanism, and an electrical
system. Composition; trolley running mechanism is composed of
motor, reducer, small wheels, and electrical components, installed
under the main girder of the bridge machine and moves left and
right along the main girder, with a constant speed of 20m/min;
lifting mechanism is composed of motor, reducer, reel and The
housing, steel wire rope, hook, and electrical components are
installed under the trolley for ascending and descending
operations, with single-speed and double-speed forms.
The electrical control system consists of the host cart control box
(DK box), electric hoist control box (CD/MD box), overload limiter,
fire limiter, travel switch, remote control, collector, seamless
sliding contact wire , drop pulley, tow cable, wire drawing, rope
buckle, flange bolts and other accessories.
The wearing parts of single-girder bridge crane include brake ring,
rope guide, buffer, travel switch, wire pulley and current
collector.
Structural Advantages
The main girder of the crane is a box-shaped and I-shaped steel
welded structure, which has the advantages of beautiful appearance
and small size on the basis of ensuring strength, rigidity and
stability. The main and end beams are connected by a split
structure, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
