Electromagnetic chuck is a kind of principle that uses
electromagnetic principle to generate magnetic force by energizing
the internal coil, and then through the magnetic conduction panel,

the workpiece is achieved when the coil is powered off and the

Instructions for use
There are hoisting screw holes on both sides of the rectangular
electromagnetic chuck, which can be hoisted by screwing in T-shaped
screws during installation, fixed on the workbench with T-shaped
blocks and screws, connected to the DC power supply and ground wire
on the machine tool, and then put the suction cup on the plane
Finish grinding once to ensure the parallelism of the upper plane
to the bottom plane. When absorbing the workpiece, as long as two
adjacent magnetic poles are overlapped, sufficient positioning

Structure form
The cross-sectional shape of the pole core and its distribution
vary according to the workpiece. The common structural types of
electromagnetic chucks are rectangular, circular, etc., and the
rectangular magnetic poles are divided into vertical and horizontal
arrangements. The vertical arrangement of rectangular magnetic
poles is suitable for fixing larger processing workpieces; the
horizontal arrangement of rectangular magnetic poles is suitable
for fixing and processing smaller processing workpieces. The
circular suction cup is suitable for fixing circular workpieces or
workpieces with complex shapes. The main characteristics of
ordinary electromagnetic chucks are: the magnetic force lines are
evenly distributed on the surface of the disk, the electromagnetic
attraction force cannot be concentrated, and the magnetic force per
unit area is relatively small; the direction of the magnetic force
is perpendicular to the surface of the chuck, and it is difficult
to change. A magnetic force; the action point of the magnetic force
on the workpiece is limited to the contact surface between the
workpiece and the suction cup, and cannot be changed arbitrarily.
Therefore, there are disadvantages such as low positioning
accuracy, low clamping force, narrow application range, and low
production efficiency during processing.
